Clair was a great help to me and and to my son. In better circumstances I had hoped she would have been Godmother to my son.

I admired her integrity and her professional career and, subsequently, for establishing Mental Health Research UK.

I have known Clair for over 30 years. Her enthusiasm, energy and commitment was an inspiration to me. As a friend she was loyal, supportive and kind.

She encouraged me to follow my dream to see as much of the world as possible. For that I am forever grateful.
I will miss you dreadfully.
